Ashlee Lynam

Hi! My name is Ashlee Lynam. When I joined Grandview Homes in May of 2016 as a Client Care Specialist, I came in with a construction background, a passion for real estate, and a genuine love for helping people. I didn’t just want to do the job—I wanted to understand every piece of it. From the first point of contact with clients to the day of their closing, I learned, adapted, and grew.

Fast forward to today: I’m proud to serve as an Acquisition Home Buying Specialist, working at the intersection of business and heart. I’ve been fortunate to grow with a company that believes in its people and doing what is best for its customers. I’ve taken that trust seriously, pushing myself to deliver not just results, but experiences that make a difference with our customers and team. I take pride in my work ethic, communication skills, and ability to solve problems with empathy and efficiency.

This industry moves fast, but I stay grounded by remembering why I started: to connect, to grow, and to build—not just homes, but trust, relationships and a reputation I’m proud of.
