Hi, I’m Kim Smith – your Sales Support Specialist. I have been with Grandview Homes since 2022 and I love my role and our team! My role is to explain the Grandview Homes home buying program and assist along the way during the selling and closing process.

I have moved quite a few times over the last 6 years, so I am able to walk you through the process and provide any comfort or advice along the way.
